Kevin Dee Realty is a well-established Wellington property agency. With a strong brand in the industrial property space, they saw an opportunity to expand into retail. We started this project with a brand refresh, and then developed it into a new a retail signage system. Kevin is a guy who thinks hard about his business and was keen to do something different, to stand out from the crowd. Scooter helped to create the signage and the hardware to support it. We've attempted to create a signage look and feel that breaks the real estate formula and that demonstrates Kevin’s dedication to be the best in the Wellington retail property market.
