The Scooter/Metzger Communications double act is on a mission to transform the superannuation sector. The challenge for New Zealand Post is to present the complexities of their super scheme to their staff in a meaningful and relevant way. These publications are highly personalised, providing each staff member with their own plan and savings information. This required a number of page variations as individuals have different amounts of data. It won the Supreme Award for Excellence in Communications at the 2015 Workplace Savings Awards. It also won an Award of Merit at the 2016 IABC Gold Quill Awards in New Orleans.
